Return policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you delivered an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper, but in most cases you will receive your refund faster. This includes the shipping time it takes for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return after we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to process your return. We will process our refund request to your bank (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Items button. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will notify you of your refund via email.

Transfer

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the stock status of your products and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that shipping charges for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on the detail page. All weights will be rounded up to the next whole pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.

You can make return requests for our products within 15 days from the delivery date. In order for the Return and Delivery processes to proceed smoothly, the relevant fields on the invoice accompanying the product must be filled in completely. You can make your free return by using the Sürat Cargo code at the bottom of the invoice. During the free return process, shipments made by other than the cargo company we have an agreement with are not accepted. When delivering the product to cargo, the company code (1320197432) must be reported to the cargo officer. The courier carries out the shipment by viewing our company's address and contact information via the company code.
